Twice I’ve waited over an hour past my appointment times. First time they called two “walk-ins” in before me. And when I called the receptionist out on it, she claimed they had appointments when I clearly heard both of them say they did NOT have an appointment. Second time I didn’t wait long, but I had left before she saw me the first time. They only have a hygienist two days a week. Today I’m here and my appointment was at 8:30am. this place is so horrible and ghetto from the time you walk through the door, they have a girl at the front desk that has a bad attiude and a bad face to match, she slammed a clipboard at a patient and was very rude, the wait is also horrible they numbed a girl and left her in a room for 45 minutes and never came back to pull her tooth after they cleaned and aggravated her tooth that was hurting, and they've been calling around trying to get business and clean teeth to use people Medicare, I don't recommend that anyone go he... read more
I am very satisfied with the services I received today. To start off, I am a particularly high strung person and the type that would rather do anything short of dying, to not go to the dentist. So when this (New-to-me)dentist told me that I had to get multiple teeth extracted, I had an internal meltdown. The tech's helped keep me calm but Dr. Sims made the difference. Great Staff, Love Dr.Sims, very sweet Christian lady, she give all praises to the most High, Love the Christian Music playing softly.
I was glad I went yesterday it was a great place the staff is excellent, she did a wonderful job pulling my teeth. Will be back but I'm recovering . Keep up the great job ladies!! ��
She fixed my tooth that was only half of a tooth due to an accident and when I say my tooth looks like it never was messed up she is great
