We hired him through Veterans United to do an apprasial. First, I would like to say, owners of a home should NOT be at home when an appraisal is being done! Why? You ask, because the owner did not do any work in home except the 3rd bath and the driveway, there is no granite counters (like the owner told you). All the work was done prior to the flipper, if that's what you would like to call him.
