Well, technician who changed the screen out from overspray from the first damage to the paint they did proceeded to leave two razor blades in my grass and screws, right where we walk barefoot, thank God my children did not step on these!!! This is sad that a work man could be so careless and not care, your mileage may vary, but this is not right. Reached out to the company multiple emails text messages and phone calls just to hear back : Sorry I’m sick. No other reply

I really like my friends screened in back porch so I asked who did it for them. They said Sims and they had a wonderful experience. I called to get a quote to screen my garage door and was told someone would be out in a few days to measure, etc. The guy came over, measured, was very nice, and said they'd get back with me. I don’t think we could’ve found another company in the area with better quality work, professionalism, and kinder people if we tried. Our whole experience has been amazing since the beginning of our estimate, and we are so relieved we went with Sims Aluminum!! No regrets!!!
