I've been trying for 3 months or more to get my neighbors cardboard and other plastic items picked up out of their front yard. They put furniture on top of it and the city picks it up, but doesn't get the cardboard. Today 2 other trucks that drove by not including the truck for regular trash pick up. I don't know why this is being left and it's in other parts of the neighborhood also.

The Director is a bully. We asked for help to fix our flooding creek and we were told it was our problem. The colvert was installed improperly. We stood up to them and pushed for help They came out and cut a tree down, dug out some of the creek and put rocks down. Then the director was so nice that he sent us a letter saying our fence which is 15 to 20 ft away from the creek needs to be at least 35 ft. His compassion was overwhelming.
