Simpsonville Rec has introduced my family and I to so many wonderful friends over the years. I love the programs for all ages and truly enjoy volunteering time there. Such an inspiring place!
What a lesson in bad customer service! If you charge a processing fee for using a debit card, you should be able to give change for cash. If you are unable to give change, you should waive the processing fee. It’s not much money, but the principle is huge!
