Fast, friendly, and they did a great job cleaning up.
Went on Home Advisor this morning to search tree removal and lawn clean up. Simpson's Tree Removal was the first to pop up. I hit the quote button and received a phone call from Taft less than ten minutes later. He was at my house approximately 30 minutes after we got off the phone. Extremely personable and fair prices. Very clean and straight forward
At the end, there was some confusion about the scope of the work that was expected, but it was finally cleared up.
Taftâ s crew did a wonderful job once they arrived. Communication was great. Taft responded quickly as I had concerns during the project. This is the third project I had since moving to my home and Taft was the only project manager to respond to phone calls/text in less than 10 minutes. Definitely recommended.
Taft and his crew were very professional and quick to respond to any issues. I had 6 trees near my house and they did a great job keeping my house safe.
Came out to give an estimate on a downed limb in my front yard and even tho he was booked up, made time to get it removed that day *and* pruned up the rest of the tree so we wouldn?t lose more limbs. Great service and the price was the same as a less-intensive pruning done a few years ago.
Simpson's tree service was professional, polite and prompt. I was pleased with the quote, planning and execution of the project. I would use Taft again, his company has earned my recommendation.
