Lost air pressure on my tractor after loading an excavator. Called Simpson's, they had a road service truck to me in less than an hour. The tech, diagnosed the problem as a faulty airbag. He left to get a new bag, came back and had me fixed up in back on the road with in a couple hours of total down time. I was very impressed with this service. The service is excellent in my business I only us them to tow or pull out my trucks. I have known Mr. Bob since I was a kid he towed home cars I bought to fix up and sell for free he liked helping people. I have helped him in his business on accident clean ups . I was put in touch with Jeff Simpson, who was the most helpful guy you could hope for. My son had lost his key and I had been told we needed to get the car to an Acura dealership to get a new key programmed. The closest place is in Dover, 75 miles away. Jeff first checked to see if the local Honda place could program the key, and when they couldn't, he found a locksmith who could do it at the house, so there was no need to get the car towed.
