We purchased here many times in the past, but that was years ago. We went back recently to try to buy some flooring... This place has gone downhill to the extreme. Not only is their selection pretty limited compared to other places, their prices are extraordinarily high. But the worst part? Their entire staff speaks illegible English, and seem to have no grasp on the concept of Canadian culture, values or politeness. Don't waste your time here. Drive down Victoria for another 90 seconds and you'll find 4 or 5 better options ... read more

Bought vinyl plank flooring for our entire house from Simpsons Flooring. We also had the floors installed by Simpsons. We couldn't be happier with our new floors. Price was fair and the installation was extremely well done. If I had one minor complaint it was a few blips in communication between us, Simpsons, and the installer. This issue didn't affect the outcome of our flooring install at all, and I would go back to Simpsons in a heartbeat.
