We had a wonderful experience. My daughter found her dress in a short period of time. The staff was great and so wonderful to work with. They figured out her style and suggested the perfect dress! They were so careful to be sure she got everything she wanted in her dress for her special day. Thanks so much to you all!

Terrible experience here , my dress wasn't altered correctly , ended up with cuts and bruises under my arms , the buttons broke and wouldn't hold my train up so I had to hold it all night . My dress was torn in spots and diamonds were coming out . The groomsmen outfits were awful way to small on every guy they all had high water pants and one guys shirt tore because it was too small . Everything was very un organized and very upset especially with how expensive they are.
Morgan helped make the shopping experience fun and productive, and I found the perfect dress! I’m always skeptical when stores say they have “plenty” of plus size options on hand, but Simpson’s actually really did have a nice selection of beautiful gowns in extended sizes. My mom, future MIL and I felt very welcome, and I’m looking forward to visiting again for fittings.

Hannah, I am sorry you had a bad experience over the phone. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, I had to leave early this afternoon and have a new team member in training. My experienced team members were serving other in store customers.
I absolutely love Simpsons Bridal and Formal! I have used David's Bridal for things in the past because it was close to home and my experience was never good. I searched for a new place and stumbled upon Simpsons. I had the most amazing experience there with Caroline and Krista! Best place hands down. This was the second place I went to find my wedding gown and fell in love with the store and everyone in it. Morgan was such a big help and she is actually the one who picked out my wedding gown because it was something different than what I was looking for. Everyone is so nice and so welcoming. It's all about you to them.
