I would strongly advise anyone considering a Simpson Property Group community to look elsewhere. My experience at Artisan Station has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Despite months of reaching out to management and even corporate about an ongoing roach infestation in my unit, the issue remains unresolved and they refuse to let me out of my lease even though my unit is uninhabitable. Needed an outside resource to come take care of the apartment, notified who we needed to multiple times and the staff still has yet to acknowledge our requests. The problem is still an issue. Very unprofessional.
