I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. After spending an entire week going back and forth, multiple conversations, and finally scheduling an appointment today specifically to complete the deal, I showed up ready to sign. We had already agreed on the numbers. At the last minute, they completely changed their position and refused to honor the agreed price. Don’t trust this place. The will ruin your vehicle. DO NOT LET THE MECHANICS TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE. Or you’ll be calling a different mechanic asking them why is there a new problem after leaving Chevy dealership.
DONT DO BUSINESS HERE. Use me as an example on why you shouldn’t by your vehicle here, extended warranties or any of there services that they offer. Reach out to me if you feel like speaking with me for a deep explanation and evidence on why you shouldn’t get scammed here. Basic example- they don’t honor extended warranties and even if your car is new with a few miles, they’ll find a reason to blame you so they can charge you.
