This has to have been one of the worst experiences. *** ever had purchasing a vehicle. The sales people and the sales manager were extremely rude, misleading committed to selling us a car that wasnt available then had to scramble and get another car because we threaten them with legal action and then because that car was $500 more upped our payment extremely higher and played a bunch of games with it wouldnt bring The car for hours Even though every half hour they would commit to bringing it. Sneaky service department. Didnt mention anything about an oil conditioner and ended up having to pay for it. Didnt even know they made conditioner for oil. I have one more oil change left at this place since I bought a 3 pack deal. Tempted to just not go back. Im sure theyll damage my car and then tell me they can fix it.
DISHONEST. Avoid Avoid Avoid. These people did the **** and SWITCH. They quoted one price, ran our credit, had us drive more than an hour to their showroom, then switched to a higher price once we were there. Their salesman was coughing and sniffling, making jokes about a cough that wont go away, and instructed me to leave all 10s in their customer survey as soon as I walked in. Unprofessional and dishonest. AVOID this dealership.
Iv given it a lot of time to make sure this wasnt written out of pure anger. Although Im still very upset by this I can say this with complete certainty, Im writing this today because I feel that Simpson Chevrolet of Garden Grove should be held responsible for their disgusting display of customer service. On Friday June 4th my husband and I dropped off our Equinox to have the sunroof screen repaired. I was told that it would be done by Tuesday June 8th or AT LEAST be notified by phone on any update with my vehicle diagnosis.... read more
