Three stars because they fed me donuts! Took my La Crosse in for oil change and tire rotation. I had a 7:30 appointment. I was on time but my service technician, EV, was very busy so my car did not get checked in for at least 15 minutes. We did not leave the dealership until 10:15am. In the past I've been in and out very quick.
This dealer pulled the good ol fashion "bait and switch" technique on me. Business is business but very disappointed I drove well over an hour to buy a truck that was just a SCAM. I give this dealer two stars because Erick was nice, well mannered and a pleasure to work with he's the only reason I give this dealer the benefit of the doubt.
