Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! The staff was nice, but I had a problem with the dentist himself. I came in to get his opinion on whether I needed a root canal. After going through the usual procedures, he put numbing gel on me and started to prep me for the procedure without telling me what he was doing. I finally got the courage to ask him what he was doing and he simply stated he was about to begin the root canal. I had to inform him that I did not want to have a procedure done that day; I simply came in for a consultation. He seemed annoyed at this and... read more
