I had an appointment in November of 2025. Prior to my appointment they asked me (in October) if I had any previous images done and I said yes AND gave them the name of the place. Instead of letting me know they needed those xrays or requesting them in October when they called me they proceeded to wait until I came into my appointment to tell me that they couldn’t see me due to needing those xrays. Terrible experience, mom got in there and had concerns. Called multiple times no follow up.
They were over 20 minutes late for my appointment. The most painful exam I have ever had.
