James and Robert worked harder, smarter and as a team better than anyone I’ve seen. It was Very hot especially in the attic and they never slowed down. Great guys! Worth twice whatever you’re paying them!!! They completely replaced my old system in the attic and outside. Would highly recommend them to anyone. L

Wow...just wow!! Fanstatic service from James and Brian, Blake and Philip. James and Brian are workhorses and made sure they did not leave our house until our air was working. It's so refreshing to deal with a company that puts their customer FIRST no matter how long it takes. We feel so good that we made the decision to switch to Simpson Air. We feel confident they will always meet our needs.
Simpson has consistently been responsive to our cooling needs over the years. This time was no different in that the service manager insured we remained comfortable over the hot weekend and the installation started as he stated. The gentlemen who performed the installation were very respectful, timely both days, and they were responsive to questions and concerns. They also cleaned their work areas both days where one could tell work had been performed. The house hasn't cooled yet but I've been assured it will.
