dont pick up phone calls, stupidly expensive, will fine ways to charge u for literally anything like rescheduling, which i understand but ridiculous prices. cant even change orthos cuz way to deep into procedures. Do not reccomend and ignore all the good reviews he gets his friends to js write 5 stars
Very quick in doing braces, no drama, reception is best
Highly recommend Dr Ho and Simplybraces. Dr Ho is very professional and provides great advices. He understands the mindset of children very well. He prioritise the patient’s interest and knows how to motivate and encourage children through what every child dreads. The clinic in Ashfield provides a fun and relaxing environment while waiting.
Dr Ho is very experienced and got a good plan for my daughter. We just need to come back at planned time and follow up. The customer service ladies were great too.
