My bank was purchased by First Financial. It was like pulling teeth to get everything setup because their online service is nearly useless. When I did go to the branch everyone seemed nice and friendly. I wondered why they had such a low rating. Then I ordered checks for "about $6" according to the branch manager. This way July 3rd. First Financial Bank is a horrible bank. The management at this branch should be fired.. The branch manager is extremely rude and totally unhelpful. I don't think the bank will make it in Chattanooga. The Rossville branch is a little better (2 Stars). I can't imagine somebody choosing this as their primary bank.
