Rude and unprofessional.
First Financial Bank is a horrible bank. The management at this branch should be fired.. The branch manager is extremely rude and totally unhelpful. I don't think the bank will make it in Chattanooga. The Rossville branch is a little better (2 Stars). I can't imagine somebody choosing this as their primary bank.
First Financial is THE WORST!!! I miss Simply Bank! I banked with Simply for years and loved them. I recommended them to everyone. Now that First Financial has taken over, there has been a dramatic drop in quality. It went from great to terrible practically overnight. In my 30+ years of banking, I've never had so many back to back issues with a bank. I'm switching all of my accounts to another bank today!
This is the worst bank ever I been wait for over 2 weeks for my money now they have closed my account with out notify me which they still own me money I am very pissed off at this point
