Kevin came out today and thoroughly explained everything to us. Tested our water and showed us the numbers. We purchased the TMC 100 unit and are excited to have it installed. Kevin is professional and real easy to talk with. Great personality!!! Thank you!! Abby
We had no idea how bad our water condition truly was until Kevin came and analyzed our water to show us how much Iron and Minerals were getting past our Softener that mind you was working just barely. So he recommended an iron separator and reverse osmosis filtration system for drinking water. Let me tell you MONEY WELL SPENT. Thank you, Kevin
I know when I usually want reasonable reviews I go to the three stars so I think this is the best place for mine. All three stars are for the quality of the product that I purchased. My wife and I just moved into our first home in an area with very heavy water that was clearly eroding our pipes. It has been a nightmare & the contradictions that suddenly appear when problems arise has led to more contradictions regarding the original sales pitch that make me distrust them- immensely. Once it's a sale, it's for life, but the customer should be informed of all info since they're the experts & taking advantage of most of us who have to trust someone with this knowledge, but they've just said whatever they want to make a sale.
