It has been a nightmare & the contradictions that suddenly appear when problems arise has led to more contradictions regarding the original sales pitch that make me distrust them- immensely. Rainsoft recently installed my water softener and filter. I want to start by acknowledging that Kelly Webb was very informative and knowledgeable during the initial discussions. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. The installation team was friendly and professional, which I appreciated. However, I have to express my disappointment that the water heater cleaning, which was promised, was not completed. Additionally, I requested another water test but have yet to receive any response. Kevin was awesome and a pleasure to work with! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the process, water testing, and options well. He was down to earth and it was comfortable discussing options without pressure to buy. It was awesome to work with someone so enthusiastic about helping people get access to quality water - we definitely recommend him and Blue Wolf Concepts to others! We can't wait for our new water system.
Kelly came to the house to test my water and did an excellent job explaining the results and how a water softener would be very beneficial. She was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and was very professional and pleasant!
