I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out this amazing company! After dealing with hard water issues—spotty dishes, dry skin, etc I finally decided to invest in a water softener, and WOW, I wish I had done it sooner. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. The technician who came out for the consultation was super knowledgeable! Very knowledgeable sales rep. They got us the right equipment without selling us stuff we didn’t need. Installers explained everything very well.
This company installed a water softener system in my girlfriend's house roughly six months ago. This install required the employee to enter the "crawl space" under the home so they could access the water lines etc. The crawl space under the home prior to the install was just empty space with the typical spider web here or there, but overall extremely clean for being a crawl space. We have had our water softening unit systemt with Rainsoft for roughly 3.5 years and I dont recommend spending your money on their products or services. They have had to come out no less than 10 times over the time we've had their product. The technicians come out, say they do the repairs, but the product has never lived up to the standards that the salesmen sold us. Each time it costs us more money out of our product and they constantly have excuses as to why it doesnt work. Then they have us bypass our system so the water ... read more
