The best place to stand up on my feet and learn about fitness and nutrition! I loved the protein bars and shakes so much that I bring honor to the people of this place!!
I have two words... FIT CAMP!! Try it, you'll LOVE it!! I've been able to get some pretty amazing results & I can't wait for the next one to start!! Registration is tomorrow (Thurs 12/1) & the next fit challenge begins on Tues evening at 5:30 (work out begins at 6pm). Bring your family & friends... get Hot & Healthy for the Holidays!!
