I absolutely loved cardio drumming. A great workout! An added benefit is the delicious post workout shakes and energy teas! An all in one to make a great Saturday morning even better! Loved it!!

Their MegaTeas & Shakes of course. My second time there this week & I’m hooked already. So many great flavors & the name of their flavors so tempting lol.. Great staff as well. They will also give you options of what you need. Definitely will be there all the time.
