I have been with Simply the Best for almost ten years. Octavio came out today for our annual furnace check. He checked for gas leaks, carbon monoxide, and to make sure all the safety circuits were working correctly. Top notch technician.

The technician arrived slightly ahead of schedule for a scheduled maintenance check-up. He explained everything after he was done and showed me pictures of what he had checked. He was very friendly and open to my questions.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I was over promised and under delivered on all service and products. I had the service plan but instead of a well working unit, all I have are problems. In my multiple years using this company( because the first contact I had convinced me to purchase the service plan) the turnover is extreme. Now they have one employee doing scheduling and all service. I talked to the owner who is out of state and not even here to fix problems twice, and he wants to guilt you into feeling so bad ... read more
