I have been a customer of Simply Best Heating and Cooling for a number of years. I recently needed to replace my A/C unit. I worked with Mike the owner, and he got me a new unit at a fair price, with quick instillation. Technicians Skyler and Brad were sent to do my instillation. They did the job quickly and professionally, cleaning up after themselves. Unfortunately, they could not get the new unit to work properly. They sent someone out on a Sunday to diagnose my issue and were able to have a complicated issue fixed within a day. They were super honest and transparent the whole way. They will be my new AC folks going forward!
I had a great experience with this company. My HVAC unit was unfortunately failing mid-summer and Mike was extremely supportive and patient. Mike found opportunities to save me money where he could and got a quick turnaround on a new system. Great company to have to help during an HVAC replacement.
