Recently had A/C repaired... tech came out as promised. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem right away- and our A/C system was "running like a top" when he left! We have a warranty on our unit- and there was no charge. We've been with Simply the Best for years-- why? Because they are very good at what they do- and their prices are always reasonable. Skylar came out to do an emergency service on our ac unit. He contacted us and gave us a realistic time frame and did show up in that time. He was professional and very honest in saying the warranty covers what was causing the issue and fixed up our system within the hour. Every time we have dealt with Skylar, we have had a very positive experience because of his honesty. He does great work for his company
