Yesterday, my mother visited this store, which we frequent regularly because of the excellent produce and the convenience it provides as our one-stop shop. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to the conduct of one of the employees. Truly. Simply the best, great seasonal produce
My house is very near this nursery and grocer. We shopped there conveniently for 40 years. The staff and owners were always friendly. Very disappointed for me that I can’t think highly of them. I spent $100 buying topsoil and was delivered bucket size soil. When questioned, the Spanish speaking staff became rude and assured me that the size is correct. I cautioned everyone in dealing with him in future. I plan to speak to the owner because we want to support this place. One bad apple can hurt 40 years of good will.
Went inside to shop the workers inside are very rude when asking them for help looking for items. Asked the manger or boss for help when he got upset and tried to rush me. He has no type of manners what so ever when communicating with customers. Will not be going back.
