Our mistake for choosing this company. Zero-stars is not an option. Otherwise, I would have given it. We wanted to remove our deck and change it into a 4-seasons room. We called Jessica, who represents Simply the Best. Red flag #1: She drives a Jaguar. She takes measurements .And tells us the total will be $30K. We figure it is better than getting a new deck every 10 years. Do not work with them, they took deposit and did not refund when our association did not approve the construction. they are a scam.
I had same experience. It was very diff o work with Al and Jessica. After 16 moths finally he finished my sunroom. These people are big joke. I was very close to take them in the court.
Our Sales person Jennifer Celestino Took care of us from beginning to end. We absolutely love our 3 season room. I recommend Jennifer to anyone that is looking for a free estimate and Also wants to save but get your dream room without going over budget.
The product is very good ... but... I have had constant problems with the door not being able to lock!! My home remained unlocked for two weeks before they came back to adjust it. Within a week the same problem!! AND after numerous calls over 6 months they never called back and I am living with a door that needs to be pried into place. Now the door is is unusable unless it stays unlocked. By the way .. this is a fire egress for my family. That just sucks!!!
