I love being able to go only twice a week and get a great workout. I get encouragement from a personal coach and I especially like being able to see the results I get from committing to a regular exercise program.

Ed definitely knows the method to encourage fitness in his clients. I am impressed with the effectiveness of slow and steady exertion to accomplish strength in a short period. I disliked the boredom of repetitious sets of exercise.
A lifetime of exercise carries over and benefits us in the years when jogging is no longer an option. Strength training extends those benefits. I found myself a year ago falling into the “old man shuffle,” something I had early on pledged to avoid. Ed diagnosed that I wasn’t using all my muscle. Now he finds the need to restrain me, keep me safe. For which I am grateful. Interestingly I find the training at Simply Strong gives my heart a workout as well.
