The staging furniture had a very strong odor which took about 3 weeks to dissipate. Some rooms were acceptable at first glance but many rooms were very cluttered, making the home look smaller and busy, rather than open. The “furniture” was hard. The bed mattress was badly stained and the plants and accessories were very plastic…. Dollar store quality. We've had an excellent experience with Simply Staging! They've extremely responsive, thorough, and they offer amazing services as a reasonable price. We've moved cities and they were able to get in and stage the property beautifully without any issues, or hassles.
