DO NOT do business with this company or their "parent"/sister company North Georgia Homes Financial . I had a very disappointing experience with this company. We entered into a purchase agreement for my property, and the company had a five-day window to send an inspector to the home. They did not meet that deadline. After missing the inspection window, they emailed me asking me to terminate the contract because of the missed deadline. I would give a 0 stars. They where good at the start but after we signed the contract and moved out. When we went to call them they ignored our calls and never got back in touch with us. They keep telling us to call back and we'll i think there scamers
8 spam calls in 2 hours to my number on the do not call registry, even after speaking with them to remove me three times to remove me from their list.
Harassment from a digital agent. TCPA violations. Currently getting a call every 10 minutes. Reporting.
Wholesalers who do not have funds... will tie you up on a deal and screw you over. Not an end buyer
