I will never go back here. I waited for over an hour and 30 minutes for my first appointment. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them another chance. At my second appointment I waited for over an hour again. I finally went up to the front desk where the two receptionist had their feet kicked back and they had been talking for a long time. Awesome, caring staff, especially if you have fear of the DENTIST!
I highly recommend simply smiles, everyone is very friendly and caring. When I first walked into the place I felt very comfortable and felt like I’ve known everyone who works there forever. Dr. Loveland is the best dentist I have gone to and I’ve recommended my family to go to him for their dental needs. If I had to rate them by stars I would give them 100 stars or more.
