She was very professional with a caring and sensitive personality. Easy to talk to too and attentive to my wishes and concerns. The staff was totally in sync and exemplified amazing customer service, showcasing a sincere and trustworthy persona that was very honest and made me feel welcome and special.
Dr Padilla chipped my front tooth and has caused permanent damage. Clearly should not be licensed and is very inexperienced.
Dr. Padilla is an awesome dentist! She is very good at dentisry, so caring about her patients making sure they are comfortable and not in any pain during the procedure, and makes sure the work is always done right to her high standards as well as the patients. She will always take the time to make the patient happy. I will not go to any other dentist.
Did not see Dr. Rich, saw another dentist at Dr. Rich's clinic who was great. Thorough, and was very clear what I needed to do to maintain the health of my teeth. Was recommended a night guard to make sure I did not wear my teeth out.
Highly recommend. The Dentists, the staff are always prepared to help with all your dental needs.
Love Dr. Rich and the office. I have major anxiety when even getting my teeth cleaned. They always make me feel comfortable and take whatever procedure I'm having done at my pace. They schedule extra time for me because of my anxiety. I would most definitely recommend this office

Dr Rich has been my dentist for many years. He has done many different procedures. He's always been gentle and very detailed. I wouldn't go to any other dentist.
I love this dental clinic. The staff is beyond nice and extremely professional. I've had crowns and teeth cleaning every 6 months for 4 years. They have state of the art equipment and I feel like they make each patient feel special. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, but especially to those uncomfortable with dentists.
