Have been trying to reach out for about a week now, leaving messages and I don’t get a returned call. My daughter getting an appointment is an emergency and I explained that in a voicemail… still no call back. Very unprofessional and I haven’t even gotten my kids in yet. Will be contacting original dentist for another referral place.
Staff was AMAZING! Dr Dailey explained everything well and made sure I understood what she was saying. The Assistants are so sweet and Front Desk is always a Pleasure to meet. We Love it here! See you all in the new year!
They do excellent work on my kids, but I received a letter today stating that my kids will no longer be seen by them because we missed the appointment, usually they give a courtesy call but this particular time I did not receive one. I wonder if I could call and explain what’s going on. The. Maybe my kids can be seen by them.
The staff was cussing, calling patients “slow”. The dental assistants jammed their finger nails into my kids gums, pinched their lips to their teeth, and sat on their hair. The kids left in tears the first visit. I thought I would give them another chance but strike two, we’re done.
