Dylan S,.. Great service. Very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Did not try to upsell. Also offered to come back and give us a price on redoing the drain fill.
Nothing but positives from my experience. Took my call on Sunday came out on Monday. Very friendly and professional workmen. They changed my failing pump and let me watch and ask questions while they worked. I will definitely make them my preferred septic provider. I can't comment on the price, but a quick search of the internet indicated that they are right with market.
This company tried to charge me $4000 for a normal septic tank clean. I called someone else and did the job for $700. *replying to the company* excuse me sir, but all you did was lift the top, looked at it and then went to your truck to try to bill me $4000 since you said I needed a whole new tank. Septic blue came instead, cleaned my tank, installed a new top, left me with cleaning bacteria for half the price you quoted me.
