I just had Simply Septic come out today and they were amazing, courteous, and very fair. Jimmy and Jay came and told me it was not time to pump out. They stated it would be a few more years before I would need to pump out my septic tank. I was amazed at this because I have been told by other companies that it was time. I highly recommend simply septic services. Called them out for routine septic flushing and Corey came and told me that my drainage field was failing and gave me the option to flush the field and tank which will give me another 3-5 years before a full field and tank replacement. The estimate was reasonable. Corey was professional and experienced. I’m happy with the work. Will call them when I need my system changed in a few years for sure!
I requested an estimate for pumping my septic tank and installing a lid and riser. The technician gave me two quotes:One for pumping the tank and installing the lid and riser.Another for pumping the tank and the lines, plus the lid and riser — more than double the cost.I declined the second option.When the technician came to do the work, I was at my job with no cell signal, and my wife was home. I called to schedule service and when they arrived thy advised ne the septic was under my payers even though the permit indicated otherwise. They wanted to charge me double to remove the pavers to dig. I asked thm to let me know location on septic tank and that my husband would remove them and I would reschedule.
