Simply septic service was called out to my house 03/27/2025. One of there technicians came out and fixed my septic system problem. I was very satisfied with the service and very happy with the job. I will very much referred the company and the technician that fixed the problem with the septic system. The technician was very helpful and professional in his job. Thanks again for your service. I had my septic tank serviced by another company and within 24 hours I had raw sewage coming back into my house. We called Simply septic and they were nice, understanding and honest. Jimmy came out the next morning and took off the lid, found it was clogged and fixed it. Within 15 minutes! Jimmy and his co worker were so nice and didn't charge me after everything. I will use this company in the future and will tell everyone I know about them! I would give more than 5 's if I could.
Jimmy and team delivered excepcional customer service. There was a little fender bender and they were quick to respond to make it right without hesitation. Thank you!
