Customer service and attention to detail 0/10. I ordered a salad yesterday and it was missing 4 items. I didn’t realize until they closed so I called and left a message that it was missing items (carrots , jalapeños, sunflower seeds, black beans) No one returned my call. This was 2/28/26 I ordered a wrap today and it’s missing the main protein being tofu. 3/1/26 I can’t get connected to a manager and it’s upsetting to get all the way home two days in a row to have food missing from my order that I paid for. Lupe was awesome at the 9th/Hope location in Los Angeles. She has very exceptional customers service skills. Lupe made my first time visit very pleasant. I ordered for lunch then returned to pick up a salad for dinner. I will be returning again.
