I’ve been a loyal customer of Simply Salad for over a decade, but after today, I will never be returning—and I’m deleting the app. I waited an hour for a wrap that then sat on the counter for 20 minutes before I finally got it. When it was made, the employee couldn’t even wrap it properly, causing half of it to fall apart.
