Enter through the retail driveway, or the main complex driveway if coming eastbound on slauson (come around the back of the retail shoppes, and park in front).

I visited the Slauson location and received exemplary service from the person who greeted me and took my salad order, the excellent preparation of my order and the quick and perfect presentation of my salad and Asain Soy/Far East dressing combo. I appreciated the efficiency and friendliness of the crew!
I usually go to the century location. But ever since i came to this location, I’ve been happier with my service and especially the outcome of my salads everytime i come to build my own! I haven’t had a wrap from here yet but that’s next on my list. Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Simply Salad. I ordered ahead via UberEats, picked it up in person, and asked if they could toss the dressing in for me—since I was right there in the store. The staff refused, citing “policy” because some customers complained about sogginess. I get that for delivery orders. But when a customer is physically standing at the counter, hasn’t touched the food, and is asking politely for a simple accommodation—why on earth would you say no? It wasn’t about the salad.
