They just rented a property in our neighborhood. Evidently they don't conduct backgrounds. All OSINT info (Dallas County Courts,Collin County and Rockwall County Courts) indicates prior felonies (convictions) of at least one of their tenants and the owners of the property are definitely not. Thanks
Not very happy with Simply Rentals. It's almost impossible to get Maintenance to the property to fix things. Staff is wonderful, very kind but living in the property for me has been disappointing.

Bret Haley installed a dishwasher then later a microwave, when he installed the microwave he checked ro make sure the dishwasher was still working good for us. The other maintenance people I have had encountered were polite and fixed my issues, but Bret goes the extra mile to take care of your issues. He is very professional, efficient, and friendly.
Bret from maintenance is honest, respectful and professional gets the job done and right the first time around.
