We watched “what the health” on Netflix and we decided to try a vegan diet. We had a long day not wanting to Cook we searched for a vegan restaurant, not knowing we would end up at the Container Park - Simply Pure Vegan Cafe. We loved everything we tried. Mama Mia Lasagna, Green Chile Enchiladas, Vegan Tacos, Strawberry Heaven Cheese Cake. My husband is a meat eater, I knew if we would survive the 30 day trial. We would have to find a great place to eat... we did!
Seriously the best vegan meal ever. Had the vegan lasagna. Chef Stacey is very friendly. Must go back to try more choices!

Best vegetarian meal in decades ... delicious!! Ordered one of the samplers. Service was amazing, fast, friendly. Food was super fresh and flavorful. Absolutely loved the almond alfredo sauce!

The tacos are a fresh tasty treat and the lasagna is heartily satisfying, with a creamy, savory snack to be munched on in the nachos.
Loved this small quaint vegan restaurant. Had jicama fries with cashew cheese and loved the TLT made with tempeh.
