I contacted this office via email and called these people and have not heard back since being told their manger would give me a call. Regarding a bill that would be fully covered by insurance for my child. It's now the weekend and no response to my email or call back.
The staff is amazing! Dr. K is new, and so far so great! She did in 1 visit what we had been complaining about for 2 years. Jo, the new receptionist, is great. I'm impressed!
My son has had his braces for about 3-4 years now and he says every time he went he enjoyed it because of the staff and now he is done with them and looks great
All staff from receptionist to billing are wonderful and friendly. The doctor is knowledgeable and her team. I would highly recommend them for kids and adults.
