I requested a haircut in the private room as I wear hijab. As I was in the room with the hairdresser, one of the ladies of who works there just barges in. She pulls open the curtain and marches in to give my hairdresser a tip from the previous cut. It was so sudden, and I was very startled. My hair is completely uncovered at this point, and the curtain is wide open. I say, "Close the curtain, immediately!" RecommendedSomeone is always there to greet you when you walk in. The employees are all amazing, so friendly & professional. I recommend this place for hair care and facials! They even have henna! And best of all, they’re Hijabi friendly 🥰
My experience with Simply me was absolutely incredible and forever memorable my daughter was the bride to be and I was freaking out trying to find the best salon in Naperville to get her ready for 4 events . The staff was friendly professional and gave her 4 different looks in the 4 days of desi wedding she looked absolutely stunning and we got several complements on hair makeup and bridal clothes properly set accordingly. Received a skin burn from waxing from extremely hot pink wax used. After a long phone call manager accepted staff’s fault but had a casual attitude and were not forthcoming. Found the staff careless and inexperienced. They use the roll on wax applicators which I came to know later are not allowed by the state because of hygiene concerns.
spoiled my haircut .... really disappointed
