I have tried this small business a few times and I wanted to give it a 2nd and 3rd chance. Never again. The front desk female receptionist is one of the most rude, unfriendly, unresponsive people I've come into contact with. I had a coupon to use on my phone and I asked her how I could use the wifi so I could assess it. Very snarky she responded that there was no public wifi (???????). Scam artists!! These guys were checking out my husband from a massage and told him that they'd give him three massages at a discounted price, so he bought the promotion. This happened back in April. We were traveling in May, traveling in June, traveling twice in July. So finally in August we called up to schedule, and they told us that they expired a month ago. EXPIRED?? What?? Nothing. Poor customer service... Frequent change in massage therapists. Do not sign a wellness contract. Will forever regret that decisions. Do not care about customers! :(
Very poor customer service. I went in to file a complaint a few weeks ago and was promised a phone call back. Never received a call.... Went in tonight and was promised a phone call again.
The Finest Spa in the South Metro – Simply Massage is my favorite place for all my relaxation needs. They have the best massage therapists around and they have great prices too! New clients can get in for $49.95 for a 1 hour massage and when you become a client you can sign up to receive their monthly specials. Just the other day I was in for a $39.95 1 hour massage.
