Would give no stars but that is not possible. Also not accredited with the Better Business Bureau so that should tell you all you need to know about them, but the fact that they ignore home repairs for years and then evict tenants under the pretenses of fixing the problem. The kicker is when they lie to the courts about why the eviction is being processed. Absolutely disgusting business practices.
This company has been not only amazing in upkeep but amazing at heart. That is hard to find in businesses these days. I am so glad we were blessed to stay here! I would highly recommend this complex to anyone!
Very fast at responding and great rentals.. if your looking to rent or have your place rented out I would recommend Simply Management
No calls returned after multiple times calling for two weeks. Show up to office multiple times out of office 9am-12:30 multiple times. Was there once and had kids running around like a daycare and phone was ringing and hung up on 4 callers while i waited. 2 months no $1900 deposit back and again no calls letters or anything. Changed name of company and was told she just stepped out of the office today. Knew my issue and name when l only gave the address. Worst property management company in the valley!!
