The laser works great, but I would not choose this salon again. The first appointment I had, she did not show up (after she had confirmed it the day before) and I had to come back the next day. The next two apts I had to wait 20-30 minutes after my appointment time before she called me back (but I still gave her a tip). The second two she was on time for.
