Simply clean and stylish This is a new business to the neighborhood. The facilities are clean and stylish. The owner is friendly. I was able to get an appointment on a SUNDAY MORNING (greats since I work so much). Ruth, the owner, did an excellent job cutting my naturally curly hair. The price was right, too. This is the kind of business Harlem needs.
