Poor follow up, tried getting a service response 6 times, lawn turning brown, no follow up.
This company is very unprofessional. First off the service they provide does get get any results. I question if they actually put anything on the lawn at all. Then when you call them they never return a call and you have to chase them down. Then when you actually get them to commit To a time for service they don’t show up. I am currently waiting for Angelo apparently the owner to give me a call. We will see if that happens but I highly doubt It. I would not recommend this company.
I paid for exactly 1 summer's worth of service. I was told this would not be a subscription and after the summer was over I could make a decision on whether I would stay with the company. They came out anyway and sprayed my yard without my permission and are demanding payment.
