This was my experience. I asked for my hair to be cut. I said longer on top and cut short at the neck and around the ears. My hair was 4 inches long on top. When I looked at what she was doing I was horrified, but what do you do. She cut my hair where the top was about 1 to 1.5 inches at best long on the top.. It was like she didnt even listen to what I told her. I paid her, but I should not have had to. It took me months to grow it back out.
Clean and experienced. They do a great job.
