We went to look at a different chin-rest for my daughter's violin, and were so appreciative of the great service and advice from Josh this afternoon. He helped my daughter try out and find a right model and was so patient as she tried out several makes to ensure she found the right one for her needs. We're always so impressed with Simply for Strings for their attention to detail and personalised service whenever we've needed anything violin-related.
Jaqui had an sos call as my daughter broke her A string at Creative Generations in Brisbane. We are regional so couldn’t help her and no one could get over there to pick one up BUT Jaqui went out of her way and delivered the string so she could continue to perform. Now that service!! Can’t thank you enough!!
Communication is poor ,by the fact being a regular customer I am very disappointed by the service today .Just speechless.Sent an Email on Thursday regarding to a missing piece but never got an email replied back ,and the piece they had in stock back when I requested two weeks ago (asked them to put aside while ordering the other 2 pieces )now being sold to someone else instead of sending to me .
The service was excellent. The staff were very nice. Shelby was very helpful and aided us in picking the right bow. She patiently demonstrated various bows for us. We also had the time and opportunity to try out the different bows ourselves until we found one that suited. The place itself was also cosy. We even had our own room to test the bows. Thank you!
