I purchased a Muscillia Comfort System harness for my sons cello case. The item was out of stock everywhere, so I rang up Simply for Strings. Nick from Simply for Strings was able to set up an order for me online and have it delivered directly from the whoesaler (as I am in melb) which was a great outcome - thank you so much ! Turnaround was fast and fantastic support, frindly service. Would definitely order agin from them if I need something that I cannot find locally.

I'd been communicating with Josh and the Simply for Strings team for about a week. They helped me choose a few options and made some great suggestions for a new instrument. They even sent through video samples as I live about 4 hours away. On the weekend I finally made the trip in and Josh was able to give me expert advice in store, help me try the three recommended instruments as well as shop for bows, cases, music and all the other accessories needed.
