What a lovely experience. I took my 5 year old daughters gifted violin in for an assessment to see if it could be used as she wants to start lessons next week. I know nothing about string instruments, so needed an expert. I called the store before heading over, and they were extremely helpful and encouraged me to bring it in. I went straight there, and to my delight, the three staff members I encountered were all terrific. Myself n my daughter gracia travelled from nz to the shop. Matthew is so patient n knowledage. And was able to share with us what to look for in buying a full size violin. Although we have not purchased the violin, we really enjoyed our time. Our first wow experience. Hope to be back soon.
