Stopped by Simply Flowers earlier today, and everything was perfect. The way she assembled my bouquet showed just how much love and care goes into every arrangement. The advice the owner gave was absolutely spot on, even the person I gave the flowers to agreed to what she said! The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and absolutely beautiful. I was in a massive bind. I'll spare the readers any of the details but I needed 2 centre pieces very last minute and the last at Simply Flowers absolutely knocked it out of the park and saved the day.

I sent flowers to a friend in Ajax today but there was a mishap, the card was lost in transit. I called Simply Flowers and spoke to the owner Sylvia. She apologized profusely and assured me she would make it right. To my surprise, my friend messaged me that Sylvia had upgraded us from a basic card to a beautiful colourful pop-up birthday card (We love pop-ups!) and drove from Scarborough to Ajax to hand deliver it this evening. I personally had a great experience with this local business. I had ordered a flower set for my mom's birthday. Lillies and Roses in a blue and white theme. The arrangement was great. I enjoyed my interaction as well with the business owners (family run). It was a smooth interaction, The owners were friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this store again for my flower shop.
