I purchased carpet for my entire home at Simply Floors and could not have been happier. There wasn't a moment that I didn't feel like I was dealing with experts in the industry who also were genuine and personable. They made sure I chose a quality product that fit my needs and a color that I loved. The pricing was fair and the process was seamless. I actually had a good time during what could have been a stressful process. I've given 5-star reviews before, but this one is at the top of the list.
Been in Cincinati 35 years and ONLY EVER purchase flooring from Simply Floors! Jennifer's design help is great! The service is friendly and knowledgeable and they cut through all the confusion at the big box stores! I found prices to always be competitive or less. I highly recommend! Recently bought hardwood for my family room and upstairs hall, carpet for my steps and vinyl for our cabin. Family Owned business!
We had such a positive experience from start to finish. Thanks, Simply floors! We love our new carpet!

My sister used Simply Floors in her house and recommended them. Jim and his installation team Tim, Matt and Dawn were great. Such an easy process to get the house measured, flooring picked out and installation scheduled. The team was quick and efficient and finished a full day early. Floors look great. Great to support a locally owned business. I would highly recommend them.
