No inventory and unhelpful staff at an empty store.
I dont even know where to start.. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. I took my scooter in to get fixed in the Summer. They didnt fix it and I took it back. Its now the end of January (7 months later). I moved and they assured me to leave it and theyd ship it to me when fixed. turns out they cant fix it. Now im just waiting for my scooter to be shipped back to me and a refund for the initial repair that didnt happen. Basically i paid them money just to be without my scooter for half a year. STAY AWAY. These guys are thieves and con artists. I paid over $6k for a Segway in December 2021 and never received a Segway or a refund of my money. When I bought it I knew that it was backordered so it wouldn't ship immediately. However, when I had not received the Segway nor any communication from them by April, I started calling. For a while, their phones were disconnected. Once I was able to reach them again, they said that Segway Miami was under new ownership and they had the Segway and would work on getting it shipped... read more
I will get to the point: This product is average, maybe 3.5 stars out of 5. for the price I did expect more. My scooters body has already cracked and it has 6 months of riding. Customer service is 0 out of 5 stars. I payed an additional 1200.00 for an extra battery, and the one they sent came with an error code that has to be sent back to the factory to fix.
