I received an email from Simply Orthodontics in Rutland...they knew my name, my email address and my phone and referred to my "patient record". I have NEVER been a patient of this office. When I called the 2 numbers on their site, I was only able to leave a message. I find it odd that when I call, the phone is not answered with the name of the business, just an option to leave a message. Is this business legit??
