5 years after the deck was built, it’s literally falling apart. A $20k trex deck shouldn’t do this. They have made my warranty null and void with trex because of improper installation (used nails, wrong screws, etc). Might look good for a year, but if you want to avoid the headaches I now have, do yourself a favor, and go with one of the 500 other deck companies out there!!!
Simply Decks installed the deck of our dreams! We could not be happier. The service and support was superior and deserves 5 stars. We were informed by Stacy in the front office every step of the way. Simply Decks will be finishing our basement in the near future.
Simply Decks has been outstanding from start to finish. My wife and I are extremely happy with our new Trex deck. The customer service was first class. The entire process was explained through out by the staff. We would highly recommend Simply Decks!
